Our Mission
At Qualifrost FZC LLC, our mission is to make environmental and infrastructure projects safe, compliant, and predictable. We combine disciplined NEC4 project management, ISO‑aligned HSE systems, and independent CQA with clear, data‑driven reporting. From landfill cells and restoration to leachate and gas systems, we work with operators, contractors, and regulators to define scope, manage risk, verify quality in the field, and document it properly—so assets are delivered right‑first‑time, operate efficiently, and stand up to audit and regulator scrutiny.

Adrian Frost Managing Director
MSc Engineering Leadership & Management; CMI Level 7; BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering; NEBOSH.
Adrian has 20+ years delivering landfill and infrastructure projects, including leading the Landfill Energy portfolio at Viridor/Valencia across ~50 UK sites with annual capital of ~£20M and a similar restoration provision. He’s managed drawing office and ground‑modelling teams, set delivery standards, and built PMO reporting and KPIs. Earlier roles span regional project management, enterprise asset/CMMS transformation and engineering surveying. Now UAE‑based, Adrian brings strong NEC4, CDM and SHEQ integration with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Charmaine Frost Director
Environmental Control Adviser and CQA specialist; MBA; HNC Waste Management; NEBOSH IGC; IOSH.
Charmaine has 16+ years in landfill gas optimisation, on‑site assurance and ISO‑aligned HSE systems. She managed multi‑site LFG compliance and training, achieved 95% audit compliance in prior roles, and led contractor control and emergency planning. Recent assignments include CQA at Al Qusais Landfill in Dubai. She’s experienced with ISO 9001/14001/45001 frameworks, odour mitigation, compliance reporting and practical field troubleshooting.
